Singapore GreenVoucher Terms & Conditions

  1. The use of this Voucher may subject to additional terms and conditions posted by the participating merchants on their websites.
  2. All vouchers issued by The GreenVoucher are subjected to a set of terms of conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice in the best interests of the participating merchants.
  3. All vouchers are limited to one voucher per transaction only, and are not valid for usage with other types of vouchers, discounts, promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
  4. The Voucher can only be redeemed at participating merchants’ retail stores. For a full list of retail stores, visit www.thegreenvoucher.com/SGTC. Voucher is only valid for the purchase of jewellery that carries the GreenVoucher Label and listed by the merchant as an eligible product under the GreenVoucher Programme.
  5. The Voucher must be presented to the participating merchant at the point of payment in its original form i.e. screenshots of the Voucher will not be accepted, and the voucher-holder is required to present his/her NRIC at the point of purchase for verification purposes.
  6. The Voucher is subject to a minimum purchase requirement indicated on the Voucher.
  7. The Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date indicated on the Voucher.
  8. Notwithstanding participating merchants’ refund/exchange policy, in the event the participating merchant offers a refund, the value of this Voucher will not be refunded in cash or in any other form. This Voucher will be deemed as void
  9. In the event of an exchange, the replacement product must be listed as an eligible product under the GreenVoucher Programme.
  10. In the event of any dispute, We or merchant’s decision is final.
  11. Neither We shall be held responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating merchant(s) and the Voucher holder.
